How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping times on consumable orders is 5-7 business days. For lead times on machine orders, please contact orders@bevi.co.

How do I process a payment for my order?

If you select invoice at checkout, you will be emailed an invoice after your order has been shipped. You may have the option to pay via credit card at checkout. If you pay by credit card, you will receive email confirmation of your payment after it processed.

I have received my order, but I don’t know how to swap the items.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you will have the option to cancel an order until the order is fully processed. If you do not see the option to cancel the order on the order detail page, please contact orders@bevi.co to process the cancellation request.

I need a replacement part to resolve an issue with my Bevi, how do I order parts covered under warranty?
